Lighthouse accreditation demonstrates your commitment, as a landlord/owner, to health, safety, quality and environment.  Guests, tenants, agents and employees are reassured that your property meets the required standards.

Lighthouse membership provides you with the reassurance of having the ongoing support of professionally recognised consultants.  We work with you to ensure you have all the necessary arrangements in place to protect you, your business and your guests.

Lighthouse provides a single point of storage for safety documentation that is reviewed by experienced OSHCR consultants.

How it works.

Once you have registered we will take a look at your property type and any additional features.  

If you have provided a listing with an agent we will review this and create a tailored checklist for you to review.

You provide us with all of the information you have available, but don’t worry about any gaps, where necessary we will advise and guide you on how best to fill the gaps.

We will also provide access to use of our logo on your own website or agency listing. Once you are compliant we will issue you with a certificate of accreditation, a window sticker for your property and a new listing on our website and social media to promote your property.

Pricing.

We have created a pricing structure that means you only pay for what you need.

We take into account the varying requirements of individual properties. You can choose the services that you need and the level of accreditation you want.  We then tailor an assessment package to suit your property.

Pricing begins at £110.00 year.
